A simple test can be performed on the piece of land to be purchased.
Dig a 2 (two) feet pit on the Northside of the piece of land and then refill it with the same excavated material.•
If the backfilled material spills over then the site will bring riches to the buyer of the land.•
If the backfilled material levels out then the buyer of the Land will get decent or average benefits from the land.•
Lastly if the back-filled material does not even level off and falls below the level of the land then this plot will not be beneficial to the buyer.
